Child Welfare Scholars Coaching-Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)

How are you doing on your intercultural development journey? How have you applied (or not) this learning to your everyday practice?

Being intentional about growing in this area is crucial and essential to the work we do, yet often gets overlooked.  In this coaching series you will have the opportunity to retake the IDI, participate in a short debrief and attend a once-a-month, cohort-driven group coaching session.

CCWSC, in partnership with Butler Institute for Families, is offering a once-a-month cohort driven virtual group coaching session for 8 people over five months facilitated by certified coaches. Since part of the benefit of group coaching is to build community, please sign-up only if you are able to attend all sessions. The hours may be used toward your CWTS recertification hours.
